Michael A. Collier

Deputy Managing Director/COO


Michael Collier was appointed Deputy Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in January 2014 after having performed various roles including Deputy managing Director, Advances/Legal Affairs Director, Business Development Director, Business Centre Director and Company Secretary respectively.  He previously worked for Barclays Bank of Sierra Leone where he started his career in 1976.  At Barclays, he attained the position of senior manager and worked as Finance & Admin Director, Personnel Manager and Branch Manager in various branches. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Services and an MBA from the University of Sierra Leone.


Henry Bright

Director of Strategy


Henry Bright is the Director of strategy with Oversight for non-provincial branches and Finance and Administration departments. His banking career started with Barclays Bank of Sierra Leone in 1978 following which he worked in a number of branches and departments. His experience at Rokel Commercial Bank saw him heading various departments including Admin/Operations & IT and Credit Risk Management. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Services and an MBA from the University of Sierra Leone. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.




Director of Banking Operations and IT


Henry Carter is The Director of Banking operations and Information Technology with oversight responsibility for all provincial branches. His experience spans more than 35 years in Banking with previous roles ranging from Head of Advances, Banking Operations, Internal Audit, Training and Corporate Banking. His career started at the Central Bank of Sierra Leone until he joined Barclays Bank of Sierra Leone in the 70’s. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (FCIB), UK.


Charles B.S. Sesay

Director of Finance 


Charles Babatunde Sylvester Seasay took up this appointment in January 2015.He holds a first class honours degree in Accounting from Fourah Bay college, University of Sierra Leone. A Master in Business Administration degree from U.K. and is a chartered management Accountant.
Mr sesay joined Rokel with a wealth of experience from his previous engagements as Financial Analyst for National Commission for Privatisation in Sierra Leone, Lecturer Kaplan finance Ltd UK, accountant with Pallmail,UK and Integrated solutions ,UK.

Harold Creighton-Randall


Harold Creighton-Randall was promoted to the position of Acting Credit Risk Management Director in September 2012. He had worked as Head of Internal Audit, Head of Wholesale Banking and Senior Branch Manager since he joined the management cadre more than 10 years ago. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Services from the University of Sierra Leone and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Leicester, UK.


        Alphonso Pratt

Head of whole Sale Banking


Alphonso Pratt has recently assumed the role of Head of Wholesale Banking. Prior to his current position, he was Head of Business Development and Corporate Affairs he had also headed two of the Bank’s largest branches. He previously worked for Barclays Bank of Sierra Leone where his career started in 1987. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone and an MBA from the same University. He also holds a post graduate Diploma In business administration.



Abdul Rahman Mahdi

Head of Finance


Abdul Mahdi previously held various positions in the Finance Department of the bank including Treasury Manager, Admin Manager and Finance Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Finance & Accounting Degree from the University of Sierra Leone. He also holds a Master of Science in Economics from Njala University.



Amy Wright

Legal Adviser/Company Secretary


Amy Wright practiced as a Barrister & Solicitor with one of the leading Law Firms in Sierra Leone prior to assuming corporate life. She first worked for Ecobank Sierra Leone as Legal Adviser/Company Secretary for 3 years before joining Rokel Commercial Bank in 2011. She holds an LLB.

Millicent Cole has served in various capacities in her career including branch manager, Electronic –banking Manager. She holds a Bachelor (with Honours) in Financial Services and a Master in Business Administration from University of Sierra Leone.
