Victor Keith Cole
Managing Director/CEO

The Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director Victor Keith Cole is experienced in banking and finance, in a career spanning 32 years in the industry. He became CEO in 2009 having served as Business Development Director, Business Centre Director, Operations & IT Director and Company Secretary respectively. He spent his early career at Barclays Bank of Sierra Leone where he attained the position of Senior Manager, with significant branch banking experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) degree and an MBA from the University of Sierra Leone.

Michael A. Collier
Deputy Managing Director/ Chief Operating Officer

Michael Collier was appointed Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer in 2010 after having performed various roles including Advances/Legal Affairs Director, Business Development Director, Business Centre Director and Company Secretary respectively. He previously worked for Barclays Bank of Sierra Leone where he started his career in 1976. At Barclays, he attained the position of senior manager and worked as Finance & Admin Director, Personnel Manager and Branch Manager in various branches. He holds a Bachelor of Science (with Honours) degree in Financial Services and an MBA from the University of Sierra Leone.

Harold Creighton-Randall(Credit Risk Management Director)

Harold Creighton-Randall was promoted to the position of Credit Risk Management Director in September 2012. He had worked as Head of Internal Audit, Head of Wholesale Banking and Senior Branch Manager since he joined the management cadre more than 10 years ago. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Services from the University of Sierra Leone and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Leicester, UK.

Henry Bright(Oversight Manager)

Henry Bright is an Oversight Manager responsible for non-provincial branches and departments. His banking career started with Barclays Bank of Sierra Leone in 1978 following which he worked in a number of branches and departments. His experience at Rokel Commercial Bank saw him heading various departments including Admin/Operations & IT and Credit Risk Management. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Services and an MBA from the University of Sierra Leone. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.

Henry Carter(Oversight Manager)

Henry Carter is also an Oversight Manager of the Bank, with responsibility for all provincial branches. His experience spans more than 35 years in Banking with previous roles ranging from Head of Advances, Banking Operations, Internal Audit, Training and Corporate Banking. His career started at the Central Bank of Sierra Leone until he joined Barclays Bank of Sierra Leone in the 70’s. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (FCIB), UK.

Alphonso Pratt(Head of Business Development & Corporate Affairs)

Alphonso Pratt has recently assumed the role of Head of Business Development & Corporate Affairs. Prior to his current position, he had headed two of the Bank’s largest branches. He previously worked for Barclays Bank of Sierra Leone where his career started in 1987. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone and an MBA from the same University.

Amy Wright(Legal Adviser/Company Secretarys)

Amy Wright practiced as a Barrister & Solicitor with one of the leading Law Firms in Sierra Leone prior to assuming corporate life. She first worked for Ecobank Sierra Leone as Legal Adviser/Company Secretary for 3 years before joining Rokel Commercial Bank in 2011. She holds an LLB.

Abdul Rahman Mahdi(Head of Finance & Treasury Management)

Abdul Mahdi previously held various positions in the Finance Department of the bank including Treasury Manager, Admin Manager and Finance Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Finance & Accounting Degree from the University of Sierra Leone. He also holds a Master of Science in Economics from Njala University.
