I confirm that my account information and/or identity card details which are being used for registration are accurate and RC Bank cannot be held responsible if same are not accurate. User acknowledges that the alert and other information sent to him/her or accessed by him/her contain confidential information and should such information be sent to a third party through no fault of RC Bank, RCBank shall not be held liable.

RCBank shall not be held liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery of alerts, e-mails, error or losses or distortion in transmission of alerts and e-mail to the USER; RCBank shall not be liable for lack of receipt of alerts due to technical defects on customer’s phone or computer or damage or loss incurred by the USER as a result of causes not directly attributed to RCBank.

RCBank shall not be liable to the USER, or to any third party for any withdrawal, transfer, remittance, disclosure or any activity, or incidence on the user’s account, debit or prepaid card whether authorised by the user or not, PROVIDED that such withdrawal, transfer, remittance, disclosure, or any activity or incidence was authorised or made possible by the fact of the knowledge and /or use, manipulation of the password, or otherwise the negligence of the USER. User acknowledges that his password and pin shall be known by him/her alone and kept secret at all the times.

You agree to take every precaution to ensure the safety, security and integrity of your account(s) and transaction(s) when using Mobile Banking. You agree not to leave your Mobile Device unattended while logged into Mobile Banking and to log off immediately at the completion of each session. If your Mobile Device is lost, stolen or used without your authorization, you agree to make the appropriate or necessary changes to disable the use of the Device. You understand that there are risks associated with using a mobile device, and that in the event of theft, loss or unauthorized use, your confidential information could be compromised. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with Mobile Banking. In the event of loss or theft of the phone or compromise of the security of the provided e-mail account, the user shall call or email simkorpor@rokelbank.sl / rokelsl@rokelbank.sl and/or immediately notifies the Bank in writing within 24 hours of the loss/theft of phone or computer and e-mail/password compromise.

RCBank in its absolute discretion and without prior notice can temporally suspend this, any or all of the service or terminate them completely.
